- 대규모 재난 및 인명 피해가 우려되어 예외 없이 수신해야 하는 경우

Korean Emergency Alert Levels: Extreme, Emergency and Safety Alerts
Phone alerts in Korea come in three levels. Below is the wording of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety rule, quoted in Korean with a short English label.
휴대전화는 재난의 경중에 따라 위급재난문자, 긴급재난문자, 안전안내문자로 분류하여 발송긴급재난문자 (Emergency alert)
- When it is sent
- 테러, 방사성물질 누출 예상, 대피명령 발령시, 호우(기상청장 직접발송), 홍수정보(심각)(홍수통제소장이 직접발송), 산사태 예보 중 경보 발령 시
- Alert sound
- 휴대전화 최대볼륨(최소 40dB 이상)

안전안내문자 (Safety alert)
- When it is sent
- 사전대피 권고, 대피명령 해제, 위급·긴급재난을 제외한 재난경보 및 주의보
- Alert sound
- 일반문자 알림 설정값

- 가능
The level name shows in the notification title. It may not be in the message body.
